I specialize in selling REO properties in the Conejo Valley and surrounding Ventura, Los Angeles, and Santa Barbara counties. Since January 2008, I have sold over 450 bank-owned properties totaling over $150 million in southern California for 406 Partners, Aurora, American Home Mortgage Servicing (formerly Option One), AssetLink, Atlas REO, Carrington, Chrisley Asset Management, Citi, Coldwell Banker, Countrywide, GMAC / Homecomings, HSBC, Integrated Asset Services, ING Direct, Keystone, Lighthouse, National Default Services, Nationwide REO Brokers, Novastar, Old Republic, Phoenix Asset Management, PMH Financial, Precision Asset Management, Premiere Asset Management, Wachovia, and Wilshire Credit.

I have been selling REO for the banks for the past 17 years - I am not a newcomer. I have been a REOMAC member since 1993, and a member of NRBA since 2001. I am a member of NAR and CAR, and four MLS systems (SoCal MLS, Ventura County Regional Data Share MLS, Santa Barbara MLS, and Santa Maria MLS).

With an understanding of the urgency of getting bank assets to market quickly, my team monitors eviction status closely. We vigorously pursue CFK on all assignments, resulting in a successful CFK ratio of 65%.

My experience in all aspects of REO brokerage enables me to provide my clients with professional, timely service. I strive to establish an accurate market value for each REO that will move the property with minimal need for price adjustments. My average sales price consistently falls within 96.7% of initial BPO value.

As an asset manager for ten years with Aames Financial, RFC/GMAC, and Countrywide, I became well versed in the strengths and weaknesses of REO brokers. I understand the needs of asset managers, and I make it my business to exceed their expectations.

Jacquie was a founding member of the Westlake Village office in 2006. She is a management professional with over 24 years experience in all aspects of loan servicing, origination, asset disposition and due diligence. Fourteen of her twenty-four years in the business has been spent exclusively on the management of REO properties for such companies as Countrywide Home Loans, Fannie Mae and Arcs Mortgage, marketing REO properties for investors, MI companies and company owned product.

Jacquie is able to initiate procedures and controls in a results-oriented environment and is committed to high professional standards. She has has held a Real Estate License in the state of California since 1995.

Jacquie lives in Canoga Park with her son. She dedicates her spare time as a Team Mom for the Challengers Baseball League in Mission Hills.


Craig Boyer, REALTOR
REO Coordinator

Craig was a founding member of the Westlake Village office in 2006. He oversees all aspects of Quantum’s operations, including property acquisition, cash-for-keys negotiations, evictions & court appearances, property inspection, city violation and title issue curing, BPO preparation, property repairs, MLS management, marketing & advertising, and offer negotiation.

Craig manages Quantum’s field agent staff, and monitors day-to-day activities and communications with bank clients, vendors, selling agents, and prospective buyers

Craig has been a licensed real estate agent in both California and Nevada since 2005. He lives in Camarillo with his wife and their three children.
